Having never before sold a house, Nikki Lafferty made a terrifying chore simple. She ensured all arraignments for the sale were completed quickly, efficently, and painlessly. She addressed all out concerns. The house went up at 9AM, and we closed with a better offer than I'd hoped for by 5PM. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Not livving in Quinte now, but if I sell, I'm going to her first, and pulling her out of retirement if I have to.
